It is the Employer’s intention to legally complete on the site by September 2022, and commence enabling works immediately after. The existing residential dwelling required demolition and general site clearance and levelling is required.
The target timeframes for commencement of the main works packages is December 2022, with a 12 month build programme. The Employer and the team have selected a traditional single stage competitive procurement route as a basis for delivering this project.
